I'm looking for Package Team members, Review Team members and Moderators for my forum. Their specifications are listed below.

https://developerpad.com/

In general, all of these team members must be able to-
  • Post on a daily basis - I would like at least 5 posts/topics every day. Not much. Just to help keep activity up on this newer forum.
  • Communicate with me at least once a day via Skype/Discord
  • Advertise the site to the best of their ability
  • Use Invision Power Board without much help. I'll provide some help but I don't want to be walking you through every little thing.
I have a head moderator, that is @ItalianMunchiez. He & I will be in charge of making sure everyone is doing their jobs and completing packages on time.

Review Team
The review team will be completing reviews for clients. If you want to see what categories we review, read this. This is up for improvement with our team. I will be needing a 'Head Reviewer' (keeping control and hiring other review team members) as well as 3 Review Team Members. So, that is 4 positions total for this team.

Requirements-
These are on top of the requirements listed above.
  • Be able to complete reviews on a timely basis. I would like to have a 3-day turnaround. If need-be, we will hire more people.
  • Be able to complete a thorough review. Not just 1-2 sentences per topic, I want a paragraph or more per topic.
  • Be able to give fair reviews. Don't be too overly strict (like me) but don't just say every website is awesome.
  • Have done reviews in the past for FP or some other website.

Package Team
The package team will be completing packages for clients. If you want to see what packages we offer read this. This is up for improvement with our team. I will be needing a 'Head Packager' (keeping control and hiring other package team members) as well as 3 Package Team Members. So, that is 4 positions total for this team.

Requirements-
  • Be able to complete packages on a timely basis. Just like reviews, I would like to have a 3-day turnaround. If need-be, we will hire more people.
  • Be able to complete a thorough package. Meaning that topics and posts will have 2-3 sentences minimum.
  • Have a wide range of interests for the different blogs, topics,
  • Have been on a package team int he past for FP or some other website.
Moderation Team
The moderation team will be looking over the whole forum to make sure that members are posting in the correct sections as well as spam posts aren't being posted and members are not being harassed. They will be responsible for banning members, sending out warnings, as well as moving content/deleting content and editing members posts of profanity.

Requirements-
  • Be active on the forum several times a day to check the status of topics & posts and to monitor the forum.
  • Post at least 10 topics/posts each day while active to keep activity going.
There aren't many requirements for moderators because there isn't much that they do that is different from a regular member.

Anyone interested? We still need people for the package and review teams!

I'd be willing to change the requirements if need-be.

I'd love to apply for the moderation role, please read below to get an idea of why I would fit this position perfectly.

I have been moderating forums since 2009, I have a firm but fair approach, yes I like to give the members a little slack but not too much so they are breaking rules. I also don't mind pitching in with other tasks, if the package team is struggling to keep up I don't mind helping them out as a favour to the community.

I will keep this in mind for when I need some mods. I prefer my mods to come from my forum. So if you show initiative and advertise the forum now and are active on it now I may consider it.
