Your forum is very nice looking. I think the skin goes well with it, and the banner has a pretty nice design to it too! I would just change the background color of the banner to the same exact color used in the background of the forum so it matches. As for everything else, it's all fine and it's easy to navigate and the text can can easily be read. 🙂

I personally think you have slightly too much categories and boards. For the boards that have a small amount of posts in them, don't hesitate to take them out. Try limiting down your forum to maybe 4 or 5 categories. By cutting down on the categories & boards, your forum would look so much more active! I would also remove the "Guest Talk Center" as I highly doubt there will be any posting in it.

For a forum that started in Sept 2008, 87 members is quite bad. 🙁 I started my forum in Sept 2008 and already have over 650+ members, but anyways, I suggest advertising and promoting you forum on related forums to snag in more members. Maybe do the mass PM advertise on some of them. 🙂 Also, do some post exchanges and hold some referral contests.

4182 posts isn't bad for a 4-5 month old forum, but it's not all great either considering one admin has 1500 of them himself. Like I said before, do more post exchanges, maybe host some post competitions, and I guarantee that the number of posts on your forum will increase!

Only 9 users logged in during the past 24 hours which isn't very good, but most posts were only made a few days ago and some were even made today! Your forum certainly is not dead so don't even get that idea! Just do more post exchanges. 🙂
