Does anyone else here have diabetes?
I’ve just started using the CareSens Air, which is a CGMS (continuous glucose monitoring system). It’s a small sensor worn on your arm that continuously tracks your glucose levels and sends the readings to an app, rather than needing to prick your finger all the time.
It’s definitely helping me because I have a serious needle phobia, so finger-prick testing causes a lot of anxiety. Being able to see my blood sugars throughout the day without constantly doing that is a huge relief.
I do already have some complications from diabetes, but I’m hoping this will help me better manage things and improve over time.
