Dial-up in the Modern Day

I say if they trust it and works! then why move?

Sometimes it isn't that.

WHere I live, the higher speeds isn't available for everyone due to how the valley and mountains and such is carved. We have higher speeds down where I live, but go about 7 miles outside of town into one of these canyons here, and everyone is on dialup or satellite.

I really can't imagine being on Dial Up. Honestly I don't think I ever was. xD pretty much always had regular internet.

I remember when I was 12, the house we lived in at the time had dial up, but unknown to my parents till about a year before we moved, that there were higher speed options for us. Since then, atleast my parents have always insisted on getting atleast a basic high speed package.

Thank back the upload and download speed, gotta be so darn slow.. Worse then phone network

I think I used it in the really early 2000s, every bit of data cost it's weight in gold, almost like how the phone companies charge you a lot for data, but much much worse.
