Description: DID is known as Dissociative Identity Disorder, or as it used to be called: Multiple Personality Disorder/split Personality Disorder. It is a serious mental condition where the mind splits the core, or the original person into separate identities. These identities will have set personalities, names, and appearances. A person may hear them as voices in their heads, or feelings/thoughts as if from a different person. The personalities are called "Alters". Alters can switch out and temporarily host for a while. This website is to help those seeking advice, attention, recognition, help, or even just someone to listen to them about DID. Non-DID personals can enter the site too if they are researching, have a love one involved and are looking for ways they can coop/talk to the person with the condition, or simply trying to learn and understand it. I'm looking for people with DID to join to create a community together. My name on there is MultipleMinds.
