I take a small diet before the field hockey seasons and such. Considering I'm vegetarian it isn't hard to get off of fat that comes in meat, but it usually consists of no coke or soda, chips, ect. and regular workouts.
I hate to disagree but weight is an indication of health. While there are many cases like yours where someone can be at a good BMI but still have problems that heavier people go through, that hardly means that weight is "no indication" of health whatsoever.
