See I use http://www.taghost.net/ as my shoutbox. Do you know how to use my shoutbox only for members to view and shout. And I do not want my shoutbox in the forum description. How can I put it at the top of the forum just above it.

I had a look but cannot find a shoutbox with you requirements, someone else on here might know of one though.
To get the shoutbox where you want it though log into your ACP --> Skins and Templates --> Board Wrappers --> Edit and the find something what looks like this '<% NAVIGATION %>' and then paste your shoutbox code under that.

I doubt youll find a freely hosted shoutbox that allows that level of intergration. I know of a few paid ones that work well with any php based software, but that wont help you...
Try looking around for a MOD on google, theres usually atleast one for every software type.
