Forbes just posted an article by Martin Zwilling discussing better ways to capitalize from social media besides purchasing banner ads on Facebook. In his article "The Old Ways Of Social Media Marketing Are Broken" he implies that Facebook could become a fad and suggest that it is more prudent to "engage user base", "engage audience" and "engage community".
