I kind of feel promoting expensive affiliate products like an Apple Iphone with Amazon Affiliate links can be very difficult to earn any money with since most people buy I-phones from the cellphone company and sign into a long term contract, and other bigger websites with more traffic is already promoting the expensive items like I-pods, HDTVs, etc.
It might be easier to earn money by selling cheap items like T-shirts, pants, digital watches, and HDMI HDTV video cables, etc.
All of the Affiliate products I help Amazon sold were CD/DVD repair kits and recharegable batteries for digital cameras which all were under 20 dollars in price.
The more expensive items like external hard drives, LCD monitors, Anti-virus software and other products got clicks from my Affiliate links, but I never got a sale since I think most people just use Amazon to compare prices, and External batteries are not impulse buys like USB cables, and batteries which are very cheap on Amazon.
