This came into my email from a newsletter at a blog, I found it quite amusing and sad at the same time.

Now many are debating if this is real or fake, but couthousenews.com has been around for like 10 years or so? Unless this is completely made up, it probably is true.

That sounds pretty messed up if DP really did use Browser Cookie hacks to steal affiliate earnings from legitimate eBay Affiliate Members which work hard at writing and creating their affiliate product websites which usually provides useful information on Affiliate products.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this forces DP to close. There is way too much shady business going on there.

I agree with Agent, that place always seemed really shady to me. It will be interesting to see what the outcome is with this.

I wouldn't like DP to close. I've made many successful transactions which I know would never have happened at FP, so basically, many people would lose out in the end, not having a recognized place to buy, sell and trade.

I wonder if the owner of DP will sell DP since it sounds like he is having a lot of legal problems from the article I read, and hiring a lawyer can be very expensive if he is not rich.

For example, Legal fees made Micheal Jackson and OJ Simpson lose a lot of their fortune since the court cases dragged on for years.

Plus, he probably lost his trustworthiness with a large percentage of his members.

It does state that is against the rules... it is a stupid rule I agree but you can't really complain as they do state it in the rules.
