If scientists can say what's going to happen to the weather and they say it's going to snow and it's actually very sunny then what happens if they just take a lucky guess? Smaller animals = smaller food consumption. If you eat less food, you don't need all these crops. They probably survived by eating little amounts of food.

I'm still slightly puzzled as to why all the dinosaurs died out, without exception! From the largest herbivores to the smallest little tree dwelling raptors while some of the most delicate little tree frogs made it through.
