Directory Listings

I am in the process of building a directory listing site with two packages. I need some ideas on what I should restrict and by this I mean what can the Free Package members add and include and what can Premium Package members have.

At the moment I was thinking of having it so that Free Packages cannot add contact details, opening hours, images, job listings. Any more ideas for me :idea:

Maybe premium users can pay to get their website at the top of the page (much like sticky threads), or can bump their website to the top more often (not sure if you have a feature like bump there)?, add more descriptions or promotional images? Is it used for advertisement or only as listing?

Its mainly a listing. The bump idea sounds interesting but it may require a lot of coding. At the moment a premium user gets their listing featured which automatically puts their listing at the top of searches

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of directory is it? Is it just a general directory, or are you marketing to a specific audience?

It's actually my dads project but I'm doing all the website and developing bits of it. It's basically a directory targetted to those that work in the apparel industry so that they can advertise their agencies and factories and people that produce machines for fashion can advertise their comapnies etc.
