Discord integration

Hey all,

I'm going to be looking to make a gaming website, I've really interested in hearing if anyone has found success with any kind of forum software where there is really good discord integration? Basically would love to display my whole server on the website/forum someway. I mean worst case I could i-frame the discord website into a blank page. But really interested to see which software people like the best.

Another gaming forum. Think outside of the box as there are so many gaming sites out there. Discord servers tend to kill them off as most gamers rather go on discord type and talk, all-in-one-place, and forums are just not being used.

Just make up a discord server, make all voice rooms and chat rooms and then grow your members based.

My opinion? Don't worry about Discord for your new website. Only make your Discord when the site reaches critical mass. Le's put it this way: NeoGAF has a Discord, and does not have to worry about losing members to Discord. If you're a small site, then Discord will just make your forum a zero-sum site. I'm sorry, but that's how things go.

Focus on building up your site. That's very hard to do these days. Go Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other sources that will drive traffic to your site.

Agree, Small is a no no..

If you want your forum, blog or youtube channel to thrive. Avoid discord, reddit. Stop giving them your content.

I guess I should of been more open on the project. It isn't a gaming forum "general" This is built for a clan/guild. So no worry on the small portion

I still wouldn't do it. I have a friend that built a clan, had the same idea you had. The result is that it killed the actual website/forum. It was an old clan, with people who know/knew each other for years, but still a small team.
