I like the theme but its rather a gaming forum type of theme, not fit for a General Discussion forum.

We'll I really just wanted a cool looking forum so I actually didn't consider making it look like a typical General Discussion forum lol.

You should consider getting some content on the forum. FreeForums.org isn't a good host, but personally, no matter what host, if the forum itself is decent, I don't think it should be judged by Freeforums.org. For a general discussion forum, I expect a lighter theme because I expect users to be spending a decent amount of time on the forum. The current theme is alright, but it's not what I expect from a general discussion forum. General discussion forums are a hard niche to get active because there are so many of them and they are all discussing the same thing, really. I suggest getting a banner as well. I don't think it was a wise decision to start advertising your forum so early, you should stop advertising, and work on improving your forum. I can guarantee you, once a user visits your site, sees a problem with it, and leaves, even if you later fix it, there's a good chance they will choose not to click on your forum's link again. Well, best of luck to your forum.

I've gotten a few members already so in my opinion i'm of to a good start for now.

Well, making the changes that I mentioned can really only make the forum better. I will join the forum sometime in the near future.

I like the theme, but not very big on the banner. The only thing I would suggest now is to get a domain.
