Thanks all. This is totally great and I plan to keep posting content and threads myself. I did a bunch just to get me started and then open up the gates to all.

This has been great so far and am happy for the support. I cannot thank people enough for joining and posting on Discussion Block. I know it isn't anything unique or special at all to some.

This is just a hobby for me and I don't plan on doing donations, paid memberships, etc. If I do get any paid add-ons or themes it's all out of my own pocket.

Agreed. I was skeptical about doing a General Chat / General Discussion forum cause of how overdone the niche/genre is but it is the one I feel I connect with. Anyway, thanks! 😀

It is, but at the same time it is something that literally anyone can relate to. We all need social engagement and many of us are looking for fun distractions when we're posting as much as a focused discussion. So as overdone as general chat may be, it can work if done well 🙂
