Gorgeous theme, I must say. A dark theme that is not too strenuous on the eyes but still manages to be pleasant in design is difficult to accomplish, but this theme does very well in that regard, although it does still manage to be lacking a bit in unique elements. The navigation menu in the header also feels a bit glitchy and rigid with how they move slightly out of place when hovering over them. Lastly, the side-boxes feel rather disorganized. (I'm also not a fan of side-boxes in general, but that's my own bias speaking.) Nonetheless, wonderful design.
I especially appreciate the forum structure itself. The index is very balanced and not ridiculously long, but still manages to cover quite a few topics. Although I do find it slightly odd that GTA V gets an entire category to itself, but nonetheless. And I must say, I very much approve of the design. All sub-forums are not only displayed, but organized into columns; a design element I greatly enjoy. Thread and post counts have a very delightful CSS box and icons of their own. Avatars of last posters are displayed on the index, and to top it off, every forum gets its own forum icon. Absolutely wonderful.
Community could stand to grow, but it's quite active for a relatively small board.
Were I officially reviewing this, it could stand to achieve a score of 6X/100 from me, which would be quite impressive. No website I've reviewed thus far has managed to achieve that score. All-in-all, not bad at all. Well done.

Hey, I usually visit Discussion Lounge because it is a nice community. Your content is very good, but you need to fulfill all the sections with many discussions. Also, you need to try more in order to find new active members. It's sad to see your forum with 2 or 3 members online daily. Its design is exceptional! I am very impressed with the current style. I believe that if you keep doing such a good job, DL will possibly become very popular. 😉
