Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - My first impression is that you have a basic, simply forum design, nothing really makes the forum stand out for me but I don't feel like I should click away just yet. I'm not overloaded with information which is a good thing, it looks fairly neat and organised. There are however one or two things I have noticed which I will outline below.

Site Layout - As forums go your layout is not that bad, I like that you don't have too many sections. I'm not quite sure if the Garbage category should maybe be separate from the Technology section? I think that you would benefit from more navigation buttons, as a non member I might not be able to see them all, this makes the forum looks sparse for visitors. Apart from the actual forum categories there are not many informational buttons like Members, Search or New Posts? I would like to see more effort made with the graphic side of the forum, the navigation bar buttons are nice but I feel you could have better images for your posts/new posts and on-line user signs. Your Banner is ok but still very basic.

Statistics and Activity - For a forum of only just over a month old your statistics are really quite good, 1640 posts and 114 members is a very good result. I can't see if the majority of those members have posted or not or whether it's just a few regulars so I can't say how well the over all performance of the site is? I don't understand why you would have 52 announcements and update threads however? It was nice to see someone actually logged on at the time of my visit and you did have 10 members logged in over the past 48 hours. The Gaming section seems very popular while most other sections don't really have a lot of content, the Website & Design section is also popular but several threads in there are in the wrong section?

Staff Moderation - Again as a visitor I can't see who is on staff, I assume that as it says Administrator and Moderator in the singular then there is only one of each? that is fine..I don't really see much point in having more with a forum of this size. As I pointed out above, several threads in the Website & Design section are in the wrong place for example "The You Are Banned" thread or the "Moderation Rules" thread? Your moderator should really be helping you to move these to the correct places, this makes the forum look terribly unprofessional. I saw one or two posts where your moderator was very unprofessional too in the "Introduce Yourself" section, there were no manners and he/she was quite abrupt. This is just one of those posts..."ome back, try to post and stay active." No warmth or friendliness, that would put me off coming back straight away.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - I'm terribly sorry but this section of your forum is really bad. The grammar and spelling is awful, it's not only on threads but in the category descriptions and everywhere. I'm not sure if English is your first language or not but you really should use a spell checker or something. You would also do well to use punctuation in your descriptions, this makes your site look more professional. Here are just a few examples,

talk about
Religous in this forum or even have a debate about other
regligious do not say anything bad you will be banned We

Final Remarks - I can see what you are trying to achieve with the forum but I really think you need to put a lot more work into it, the points I've mentioned above should help you to make it look more professional. It all depends how badly you want the forum to work? Right now it is coming across as quite amateur. I would suggest trying to find someone who can help you to iron out all these issues properly.
Strong Points - You have good statistics, more members should be helping you to increase the growth of your site, you obviously did well on advertising.
Things to Improve - Spelling, punctuation, moderation, graphics- generally have a good sort out.
