Lots of people don't like .tk so i'd reccomend .co.cc or .co.nr

You've also spelt unneeded wrong and is there only 4 forums?

If not, please make it so guests have full read-only access

Well, if your forum is going to be like the 1 thread in the spam section, then I would suggest not bothering as what is that accomplishing? The skin is alright and I guess the ammount of forums is alright, but I don't like where it is going.

My first suggestion would be to change the permissions around so guests can actually view the forums.
