It look like your skin color is going to attract more female members then male members, still a nice simple skin that seem to be working. The logo is tiny, you should find a graphic maker to make a logo for your forum, I'm sure a nice logo will make all the difference in your forum.
Everything else is fine, it's the content that concerns me. For a forum that has "discuss" on its title, the type of topics that permeate your forum are not so much discussion topics as they are simple polls that promote one-liners and one-time responses, and not so much communication between members. Take a look at General Chat and Pollmania, for instance, and compare their topics. The difference is superficial, as the topics are of the same nature.
I agree, the colors and dynamic and OK on the eyes, but it definitley is geared more towards a female target audience. If that's what your aim is, then it looks good.
