China's vBulletin. I call it that because it very much reminds me of vBulletin in a lot of ways and it's also commercial. It's also bigger than XenForo by a factor of two, even today.
This is an international translation of it, although it's not official and I'm not sure if it abides by their licensing terms. Still, it serves the purpose of demonstrating it.

Maybe someday, there'll go international, do a rewrite and come out to beat up vB, IPB and XF. Well, probably not, but more competition would be nice.
