Display Condition

Looking for the code to display widgets to all members and visitors, many post's over at XF however i cant get any of them to work.

Widgets should show to everyone if there are no conditionals set.

I think that is controlled by the can view member list permission.

that was it for the members online 😉, for the add-on widget do i need to put a condition in there? I have tried a few of them posted at XF however none of them work.
