Displaying news from the forum on a web page

I need some help. I need to figure out how to display news from a forum in my board, on my web site. I tried stripping down the canver portal, but it doesn'
t look good.

Thanks. Helped quite a bit. Only problem, is that I can't control the time setting.. it displays the time the server was at when the post was made, and I can't control it.
