Does anybody know of any XenForo theme that resembles something like Circle.so or a Facebook group?

I like the modern discussion/thread style UX of Circle.so, but not interested in being dependent on their platform and paying their monthly subscription.

Having used Circle before, I'd say the closest comparison I can think of is one of these:
