Disturbing Dreams

Have you ever had those disturbing dreams where something really bad happens, then you suddenly wake up and it stays on your mind for day(s)?

I haven't had any major disturbing dreams like that recently, but I do occasionally get dreams that tend to stick in my mind for up to a few days at a time.

I have when I was younger to the point that it made me wake and and get out of bad so fast that I got myself banged up badly. ANd yet at times can't remember what happen
