Almost everyone notices when owners/Admins make major changes to their community, but what about the minor ones? Do those get noticed? What were those changes and how long did it take to get noticed?

I mean if they do or not they or I have not had anyone said it til I mention it

I'm always surprised at what members notice when I remove or enable some feature that I don't think anyone is using.

It depends on the definition of minor. It's a very subjective word. If you remove something like a post rating or a subforum, I personally wouldn't see that as a major thing, but a member who uses that rating or forum a lot would see it as major since it's altering their day to day use of the forum.

Most of members did not notice but some of them could notice change even no announcement about it.

I always announce any changes no matter how minor. I find longstanding members get very attached to the way things are. They treat the forum like a second home and don't take kindly to someone changing the wall paper which is why I always put up a notice first.

Oh yeah, I think it's the members who've been around the longest who are the most protective at times of anything happening on a forum.
