I've seen a lot of people, especially anime and k-drama fans turn into j-pop, j-rock, and k-pop fans. I am an anime fan since my childhood days. I used to like mellow music before until I get used to anime music at the age of 10. I started to like rock music, mostly j-rock. I know that it's weird to like songs that you don't understand. But just like most anime fans, my taste in music got affected and I started to like j-rock a lot until now. I pay more attention to the tune and it made me appreciate Japanese music even if I don't understand Japanese language. I even like some Japanese rock bands who sing anime songs. Some of them are:
- Tommy Heavenly6 - they sing for Gintama, Soul Eater, and Gundam 00.
- Asian Kung Fu Generation - they sing for Naruto and Bleach and Full Metal Alchemist.
- Nico Touches the Walls - they sing for Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Naruto Shippuden, Haikyuu, and C.
- Granrodeo - they sing for Kuroko's Basketball, Karneval, and Needless
- Deen - they sing for Cooking Master Boy, Detective Conan, and Dragon Ball GT
