Do you create a business plan for your forum?

How do you all feel about creating a business plan for your message forum?

Do you think it is good to have a 1 to 3 to 5 year plan for the community?

Do you think by creating a business plan for a forum that you dedicated and discipline yourself more to try to make it work?

I'd love to see your thoughts about this idea.

I have a business plan for my forum, it is already 9 months, yet my plan is not working.

I never had a plan for my forum, just winged it and made sure there was daily activity. Seems to work so far 14 years later 🙂
