Do you defrag your RAM with software?

Yes, I been giving Iola Memory Mechanic a try http://www.crucial.com/promo/index.aspx ... derJan08US .

It seems to work pretty well.

All it does is make a giant file in the memory and then delete it from the memory, and I recover some space on my memory.
