I can't really tell for myself. I do get in touch with new technologies and trends really fast, but depending on the subject, on certain occasions I would just skip out on some technologies if I am used to something a bit older and there are no big differences involved.

You can not keep up. There are always something new or whatnot. I always read on the new things yet it comes down to one thing and that is the cost of an new tech and you think to yourself well, time I get that amount of money it be that old since tech keeps on changing

Well, that is true, it really goes fast, but I was aiming at more of a general viewpoint on technology rather than getting your hands on every new thing that shows up on the market.

Doesn't fuss more anyway. I built my own $2500 gaming PC 5 years ago and still got it today and it still runs games on very high settings and still kicks out if it was new

I like to think I keep up, but generally I'm always behind. 😱

However, I agree with Empire, since tech is more about finding what YOU need vs what is out there to find.

I always hunt for new technologies and trends in electronics. I am a tech geek and like to keep myself updated with all the latest gadgets.

It has been our policy at home to be frugal when it comes to upgrading computer and phone. In fact, our home desktop was purchased in 2009 and couldn't run on Windows 10 because the hardware is not capable anymore. Although I am using a Samsung phone, some people at home are still comfortable with the antiquated Nokia. We avoid keeping in stride with the advancement of technology because it is too fast and expensive as well.

Yes I can adapt to new technology and trends. When a new windows came out, I instantly upgraded and got used to it petty quick. I'm really quick to adapting with the new features on mobile phones, I'm also a tech geek, and I always like to get up to date on the new trends out there.

I am the kind of person that gets easily frustrated when I see new updates of Facebook and other social media applications that I use. Infact, I hate how Whatsapp changed the 'text status messages' to 'images'.

How did you know it was trends and how to learn fast?
I am doubting that.
And where you find and learn new trends?

but depending on the subject
Why?
Can you tell me more about this?

I can agree with you on this.
but its also a way to save our time

A lot of questions 🙂

Well, to start of, why doubt? And where do I find about new trends? Internet my friend, where else. Or at times from someone I know.

And the part you quoted was just the follow-up for the last quote.

In some cases it does not mean some changes may save our time.

Its not quite right in this case unless you quite believe into numbers or what "Internet" saying.

Or at times from someone I know.

I could guess how you will find new trends but it will be obvious if you can tell more about this.

I don't really see what you are aiming for. Nobody mentioned no numbers and nobody said I believe everything Internet shows. But you can clearly tell from right sources what is trending and what is a fake and what not.

Lol its true, my father in law just rathers the old flip phone and wont move on to the new phones, he likes it simple and me personally,.. i guess it is the matter of, can u afford the new trends and technologies

Hmm I feel I have been following the technology of today but it is not, because the technology is growing every time. I think that also applies to trends. How about you?
