I know a lot of people who don't eat breakfast but it is actually bad for you not to eat breakfast. Therefore, I do eat breakfast even if it is just a sandwich.
I do, for the most part. I tend to get hungry before the next mealtime if I miss out on breakfast. I usually make eggs and bread, with a nice cuppa tea. 😛
I pretty rarely eat a meal when I first wake up. I sometimes eat a power bar when I first get to work, but that's normally it. I pretty rarely eat anything until lunch.
When I first moved to where I live - yeah I was eating breakfast daily. It was a simple breakfast but it was nice. But my sleep schedule got so messed up I wake up for lunch. So I eat lunch and dinner. Today I woke up for breakfast for the first time in weeks. 😛
I try to, but don't always. Lately if I've not really been hungry in the mornings I bring a small smoothie w/Carnation and granola to work. It's not much but it's something which is good to start my day.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If I get a break at work I sometimes will, but often won't bother since I work early I get breaks during the morning which will be my breakfast. If I have a short day I sometimes will, or will grab something after work.
I usually only eat breakfast on the weekends, because I generally don't have time before work during the week. It's kind of sad, because I absolutely love breakfast food. But, I came to the conclusion years ago that ten minutes extra of sleep is more important to me than having breakfast.
