Boot up problem occurs - windows startup issues, just like; Laptop Won’t Turn on, Computer Stuck on Black Screen after Startup, Cannot Boot Windows from USB Drive, Computer Stuck on BIOS Boot Screen, Windows 7/8/10 Hangs on Welcome Screen, Boot Manager Boot Failed, Windows Boot Device Not Found, Computer Screen White at Startup and other.
I hope you all know how to tackle it, if not then let me know...

Yes, but that was when my second computer was badly crippled with the dust build-up, and even worse got itself into a "restart loop". It was frustrating but in the end, that thing had its day anyway. It was years old.

Yes! with Windows XP and even windows 7 does it allot, but with windows 10 nope! but get an one or two in a year but not as much as the old days.

And with ten! at least it runs the diagnostics test

The only time my PC hangs at the windows logo screen which comes before the log-in screen, is when I had shut down a session too fast previously. Sometimes when I need to search for something really quickly before I leave home, I don't shut down like I should. I just hit the shut down button on the start menu instead of closing chrome first, and then shutting down the PC. So when I turn it back on later, it hangs for a few seconds before taking me to the log-in screen.

Now it's ok or you are still facing the same problem....

Yeah, everything is gravy with my PC now. It's just that when you shut down windows too fast, or improperly without letting programs close first or finish their shut down protocol, when you reboot later on? There are a few kinks that the system needs to work out first before it can move forward with normal operations. Similar to how you might need to hit a few areas on your shirt with an iron to get rid of a wrinkle or two before you get dressed to leave the house.

The usual problem in booting our home desktop is the disconnected monitor theat results in 3 short beeps. The cable has to be removed and cleaned before attaching again. But there were times that the booting takes long that we suspect a problem in the hard disk. When the old hard disk crashed, we have seen the same symptoms. I guess we have to be ready with a new hard disk for a stand by in case the system disk crashes again.
