Do you find that when you become inactive on your own forums - Your site gets dead?

I had a forum with over 10K members and 100,000+ posts. I could usually take a weekend off and come back to an active forum going on without me.

That's like all big sites, but after awhile if the admin does not open new ideas and new things to the site it will die off a little
