You always be happy with your computer or face some irritating problems on it? What you do on that time?

Our desktop is pretty old. We purchased it in 2009 and it's running on Windows XP. With 32-bit processor, it cannot properly run Windows 7. So far, it is working all right and the minor problem is the slot of hard disks. There's supposed to be a plug for 2 hard drives but there's only 1 that is working. With only 1 hard drive inside, we have to backup files every after use so in case the system disk breaks down, we have a copy of the files.

I haven't run into problems till now. I always prefer to upgrade my computer in 2-3 years and that keeps my computer good and working.

Chrome crashes every hour.

I have to hard reset the computer once a day to stop the navbar of the browsers turning black and obscuring the tabs.

The password screen sometimes moves the thingy to the beginning while I'm typing, so the second half gets written in-front of the first half.

Windows 10 lol

do you still facing problem

No problems with my computer so far. I've been using it for 2 years now.

It's been surprisingly stable over the past couple of days, but it's still fairly unstable. Never had this many problems with Windows 7, with Windows 7, you just slap the thing in and it works.

It gets worse every-time Microsoft has a big update for Windows 10.

That's false information. I've been using windows 10 since 2015 and I rarely have any issues with it, including issues concerning updates.

It's the cold hard facts. My computer indeed does get worse and worse.

If it works fine for you, then great. It's great that you have a nice stable computer which whizzes along like the day you bought it. But, that isn't the case for me, sadly.

If you have any tips for fixing it up, then that would be welcome, as you've managed to maintain it really well lol

I don't have any problem with my laptop. It works just fine for what I need to use it for.

My new one is slow, but my one from 2011 is fast. That's strange. :arghh:

Just had chrome eating up my CPU and memory. turns out to be an malware with the extensions

I think a system cleaner program will get my computer on par with the old one or better.

I used Malwarebytes and 12 came up. But Malwarebytes doesn't remove it. So I had to locate the file and removed them myself and did an chrome install. And now It's fixed and happy google

It's kind of half-&&& if it doesn't remove it, but it's still good to find it.

Also, a major problem (leading to slowness) is updating (The Windows programs etc). It hasn't updated yet, but that's normal.
