Awhile back, our phone provider finally offered Cable in our area so we switched for their bundle of phone, internet, TV. We used to have Directv for 15 years but they were getting pricey.
Which do you have? Have you tried both? Which would you prefer if money wasn't an issue? I liked Directv's layout & wouldn't mind going back if it was the same price as our Cable now & includes the phone & internet with it.

We have both names that means different things 😛

I don't use either. My girlfriend has streaming channels set up through mine & her smart television(s) that goes off of my Internet provider.

Yeah same here we are using YoutubeTV. Not really finding a need to go back to Optimum..

Neither. I mostly watch Twitch streams during the day which are far more entertaining than the repetitive drivel of cable TV.

I don't have cable or satellite, but I have used both in the past. Cable whenever I lived in a city setting and satellite whenever I was out in the middle of nowhere.

We have a dish on our garage roof, but it's not connected. We use cable for our service and I like it because we keep the connection when it rains, whereas at our other house, we had satellite and could never watch tv during the rain because the service would get interrupted.

I have neither currently, but back in the day I had cable for most of my life and satellite for a little bit. Needless to say satellite sucked, any time it would storm the signal would go out. Whereas since cable was underground, we never had that issue.

When I bought my house a couple years ago the first thing I did was crawl up on the roof and remove those eye sores. There was 2 of them.

What did you use to put over the holes? Tar? I don't want to do anything until it's time for a new roof.

We have midcontinent communication. Been with them for a number of years now

I’ve got satellite with DISH Network. My two year contract is almost up, and I think we’ll go with a live TV streaming service after that. I’ve had too many problems with DISH incorrectly billing me, incorrectly installing the satellite, etc. DISH probably came to my house a dozen times over it not working last year.
