Do you have enough fruit/veggies of the daily recommendations? I make sure I do since I'm very much into fitness. I need to make sure I have that nutrition and I always feel so much better physically if I have my fruit/veggies every day. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with it but I force myself to do it even if I don't feel like having it.
I know I definitely don't have enough in my diet. I try to at least eat 1 veggie a day though. I tend to eat 2-3 servings depending on how much 1 serving size is. I definitely don't even recall the last fruit I had other than orange juice
As best as I can. Love good whole GMO free organic foods. Great stuff for you overall. Its all I really buy. If all you eat is trash when you eat real food its going to turn your system into overdrive. The palate might wonder where all that salt and fillers went an make you think everything is bland.
Cheap foods are actually expensive on the budget overall. Not only are they unhealthy but hey trick the brain into making you eat more...thus obesity in many cities especially with kids.

Answer? Bad food, and overpriced McDonalds crap. For the price of whatever a regular saturday McD's is with the family I bet a million I can make at least 2-3 days of real whole food meals.
Sadly, I don't have fruits and vegetables in my diet as often as I should. I generally eat vegetables most days of the week, but not in every meal. And I haven't had much fruit this past month.
