We had cancelled our subscription awhile ago. We had it since 2010. We first removed the DVD portion. Since we could finally get cable in our area through our phone company, they offer other services i.e. Tubi, Peacock that we utilize.
Netflix went downhill with what shows they were offering. Then they kept upping their price.
Do you still like Netflix? How long have you had the service?
No, I no longer have Netflix, I think the last time I got it was when my eldest son and daughter were interested in seeing Squid Game and I got it for them for that I canceled it after that and have not used it since. I used to get it and keep it a few years back but it got to the point where no one was using it and it just ended up being a waste of money so I only get it now if I know it's going to be used and if I can afford it.
I’ve been sharing a Netflix account with my parents for over a decade. We’ve talked about cancelling it at different times, especially as prices have gone up and we’ve watched shows like The Office leave. Still, we haven’t bothered to stop paying for it just yet.
I got rid of my account since May of last year do to they went up on the price , they canceled a lot of good shows and they added stupid shows / movies (woke crap) That's why I left and I don't think I will ever go back to Netflix
Yes, I and my family have Netflix and a number of other streaming services. I recently finished season 2 of The Witcher on Netflix and now I'm watching Vikings: Valhalla.
I used to have it. If I couldn't sleep I'd watch it on my iPad. I cancelled after mistakenly watching a few series which never ended because the studio decided not to continue with them. In my view that's like reading half a book, what's the point?
I used to but now I don't. The last time I used Netflix was when Squid Games was released in 2021 as it was something I wanted to watch.
Anything else on Netflix, I'm not interested in so I don't see the point in paying for Netflix.
