Where it's like everything someone does is annoying or says is annoying and irritating? For me this past week I think has been one of those days, and I simply fake a smile and try to be positive. :lol:

How do you handle one of those days? 😛
 
How do I handle one of those days? I don't. I let myself be mad at the world, lol.
 
YES! I have those all the time! Especially when I have drama going on online and then it starts in real life too I'm just like "everyone stay away from me before you get hurt".

Usually I just go listen to music to help calm myself down.
 
I think everyone has these days from time to time. I usually have them whenever I get a bad nights sleep the night before. If I'm tired everything seems to run me the wrong way. I get really grumpy and frustrated. I try to handle it by keeping to myself, taking a nap, or exercising. Endophins never fail to make a difference.
 
I haven't had one of those days in awhile. Been better at not getting annoyed as I get older.
 
Mine usually starts as soon as i get out of bed and then ends when i go to sleep
 
I have these occasionally. I think at the end of my last school semester the entire time I was on edge, and this one girl I deal with normally, she was driving me insane and I just wanted to tell her how annoying she was lol. Luckily I didn't. But some people just irk me.

I usually take a deep breath and try to watch TV/Movie or even just listen to music. <3 It helps. I try to usually sign out of social media, and messengers as well because I don't want something to set me off. 😛
 
Being annoyed only means stress. I don't like to stress. So I immediately do something I enjoy doing. 🙂
 
I do get those days sometimes. Thankfully my memory is terrible and I'm very easily distracted.. When my flaws fail me I just sleep and all my problems magically poof lol
 
I try to keep a positive attitude as much as I can. If I am having 'One of those days' then I try to keep to myself as much as possible.
 
I generally just go and eat something I enjoy (like a burger). But yeah, I do get those days on occasion where everyone ticks me off and I want to beat my head into a wall. You'll learn how to take a deep breath and chill out a little as you mature. 🙂
 
Yep. I get annoyed and frustrated with people. I just take or do something that helps me relax.
