Do you keep the same username on each forum?

I use the same username and avatar on every forum I join for over 15 years. If I am loved fine if hated fine too, but at least you know I am the same guy.

Sometimes I would like to, but it's been there for so long, and that particular photo was taken the day I made myself a promise, so maybe when I achieve that goal.

I try to use the same username on all forums but will be honest, if just Shortie is taken, I will add something on such as 861 or an underscore but will always have Shortie.

For the most part, yeah. I typically use the same one unless the owner/admin ask me to use something different.

I am a bit of a name-shifter. While it is nice to build a long-lasting reputation and online footprint, it is also nice to have an element of mysteriousness and anonymity.

No. But I have started using same name on a few forums. That's because I have my forum and I want to promote it

When I started I was using my real name and photo, however, I had to stop doing it because of privacy concern. I then started using a couple of names. Whenever I joined forums, I would be using one of these names. In the last 6 years, I have used the same name.
