Do you leave your computer on overnight?

I normally just mine on sleep mode as well, never really turn it off unless i won't be using it for awhile.

I always shut my computer off every night before I go to bed. No reason to keep it on and it uses a lot of power.

Only if I am leaving and won't be back for a few days will I shut it down. At night I switch my keyboard and mouse off (they are both wireless rechargeable) as well as my speakers to get rid of the bright blue light. The monitor will go to sleep automatically along with the PC after a about 20 minutes of inactivity.

I'm just wondering how many people leave their computers on during the night for whatever reason. I normally have mine on all night most days of the week listening to music or watching a movie then I fall asleep. 😀

Well i work late at night & sleep around 5:30 am ..so i guess that can be called an overnight .

I do it everyday, as i find it quiet convenient because i don't need to wait for hours for downloading a huge file. I just have to keep my pc on overnight and sleep & the next morning when i wake up the file i want is complete.

Depends on how often you use your computer. If you use it once a day, then that's quite debatable, because the shock of turning on your system takes a toll, as well.
