Yes, they look pretty nice to use if reading is one of my main hobbies. But, they are kind of expensive at 150 US dollars. I heard the kindle also comes with a lot of free books which are out of copyright like :

Out-of-Copyright, Pre-1923 Books: Over 1.8 million free, out-of-copyright, pre-1923 books are available to read on Kindle, including titles such as The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Pride and Prejudice, and Treasure Island.

No, I do not like them. Just my opinion!

Same for me, I usually download free PDF books from blogs, websites, and Ebook sites.

I got a Kindle about two months ago and I love it. For one, I tend to have sweaty hands, so my books (especially paperback) get messed up easily from that. On top of that, I don't have to worry about picking a certain book to take with me to work, I can just have my whole collection with me all the time and pick what I feel like reading when I get a break. I think it is a great device and would recommend one to anyone who likes books.

I could see myself using this one day, but right now I'm so busy with my college reading, I would rather go to the library and check out a book if I decided I actually want to do some pleasure reading. But I think the Kindle is a great idea, and I would totally get one when it makes more sense for me.
