Do you like or hate Windows 10?

I dread every update [...]

As do I. I don't particularly like reinstalling Windows when one of Microsoft's products is too incompetent to work as it should when released publicly. Ever since then, I hold off updating for a week or so.

But that was before the switch to quarterly updates. Perhaps that'll be different? :arghh:

Windows 10 update are a pain. It messes my sounds and settings up allot and regards windows 7 it doesn't do that.

I made the switch to Windows 10
All in all you like it or you have no choice to use it?

Yeah, I like it. Windows Updates have always been dumb. I just wish Microsoft would be more rigorous with testing. Let those in the Fast Ring be the test dummies for the majority.

Again, all of this happened before Microsoft switched to the quarterly update schedule, so perhaps things are better now. Perhaps(?).

I like it. When it first came out, I hated it because it made my laptop slow and it eventually got to the point where I couldn’t even use it. Now that I’ve used computers that actually come with Windows 10, I like it a lot better.

What was the laptop? did it had Windows 8 on it. Windows 10 was faster then 7 and even that it had allot more it shouldn't had slowed it down. meaning I put windows 10 on a 10 year old desktop and it did not slowed down.

I have had Windows 10 slowdown a computer with a somewhat recent i7 processor, 12GB of RAM, and a dedicated graphics card before. I wouldn't even want to imagine what it would do to an i3 or i5 with less RAM.

There are ways to improve and make the system to run faster.. I would check the task manager to see if anything is using up a lot of memory/CPU/GPU.

Also if it's slow then also there might be an virus or malware infections

I have also seen that with some computers, drivers weren't updated by manufacturers but Windows allowed them to update to 10 from 7. This also caused performance issues, but there isn't that much that can be done if the manufacturer doesn't put out the drivers.

I do have a virus, it's called Windows 10 lol

I did not like Win10 when it first released. Although, I have been hearing a lot of good things about it recently. I am thinking about upgrading my PC from win7 to Win10 soon.

It's up to you, but honestly, if Windows 7 works fine for me, i would not upgrade.

That is why I am very hesitant 🙁

True, But for old systems that are older then windows 7 won't get the support. But even with old drivers there are around to this. But lucky me I updated my system and drivers with no proplems. Yet again I'm running the OS on a SSD.
