Do you like texting?

We don't do cells so I never tried texting but I can say I wouldn't like it because I like typing on a regular keyboard. Don't know how I'd do on a tiny phone!

Texting still drives me crazy, I use hands free for texting as much as possible. 😉

I do and I don't. I love the instant form of communication but rather dislike the fact that my elderly, slightly fat thumbs are an impediment to fast texting. My daughter can text type with her thumbs faster than I can touch type on a conventional keyboard and I'm still pretty fast at around 35-45 wpm.

Not a fan if I can help it. I text and I use chat apps on mobile, but I will always prefer a proper keyboard and a computer.

I do not text that often unless I have too, then again I can always right ring the number then talk that's fast and easy 😛

I like it, but you always need to remember that there is no practical way to convey emotion and tone via text messages. So it is easy to misunderstood important (or often simple) messages.

I am someone who would much prefer to text than call and I know a lot of people are the same as me as it's more convenient, especially if you are busy and can't always spend the time talking on the phone. With me using texting quite a lot over the years I have got used to texting now on a phone and it comes naturally to me but I can understand those who do not use phones or text a lot and how much it may be difficult for them.

I love texting. Because of my anxiety, it's difficult for me to talk to people over the phone sometimes. Especially if I feel like people are eavesdropping.
