Do you like to take naps? If so, how long do you typically stay asleep when you do? Sometimes if I go to bed too late or have to wake up too early I try to sneak in at least a 20 minute nap during the day.
 
I really don't like to take naps. They leave me feeling groggy and more tired than I was before I took one, no matter how long/short I nap for.
 
I try my best not to nap because then I'm never able to fall asleep at night. If I do decide to lay down for a nap though, I'm usually out for 2+ hours. I can't take short ones!
 
I don't take naps no matter how tired I am. I've tried and I end up sleeping for way too long and then I wake up thinking it's morning, and it screws up my sleep schedule for the rest of the week. 😛
 
I normally do not take naps, but when I do, I try to not go above an hour. They state that anything above an hour messes with your internal clock.
 
I take all sorts of naps. Short naps. Long Naps. Naps in the day. Naps at night. And yeah my body clock is screwed.

Exactly my problem. But it's really hard to concentrate on work when you feel too tired or sleepy, so I eventually give up. I try to limit my nap to 1 hour, but often it takes much longer than that. A guilty pleasure, but then I will have to stay up late, sleep less, and in return need more nap than ever, worsening the cycle.
 
I really enjoy naps. I get tired easily and I'm only 28. I might have to look into a new diet. Probably not going to happen for a while though.
 
No I don't I always feel more tired when I wake up from them. I only take naps if Im feeling sick.
 
I have so much stuff going on in my life, I try to nap daily for a good while. I'm actually gonna throw this document on a website I manage and go take one now! 😛
 
lol I'm pretty amazed to see how many of you don't like to take naps! I'm thinking perhaps you're taking them too long when you do. They say the max you want to nap for is maybe 15-20 minutes otherwise you're letting your body get too into deep sleep which is what throws of your circadian rhythm.
 
I like taking naps. Once I token I nap, I am off. Its fells like 5 minutes. I sleep solid for about 8 hours or more! 🙂
 
I took a nap yesterday. There's nothing like coming home on a Friday and sleeping until 9:00 PM 😀
