Every month, are you able to make your rent on time?

I have my mortgage set up to automatically be paid every month on the 1st so I don’t even have to think about it.

I only owe PayPal $31 and that's all I have to worry about I paid the other 1 month early anyway. Never been in a mortgage and always paid upfront and early.

Luckily because my wages come in every 28 days, I can prepare for the rent coming out.
It gets a little hairy when my pay slip is in the middle of the month, but with some minor planning, it isn't too bad.

The bank takes all my payments automatically; they don't waste time doing so.

If I didn't I would be sleeping with the trees.

BAnks do not waste time and yet when they need to pay you they waste time

And if you miss one payment to the bank it's like you've committed murder...

When I was renting back in the day I had to mail in my rent check every month since the landlord lived a few cities over and didn’t have a way of accepting debit/credit card payments. Couple times it got delivered late and she charged me a $50 late fee! $50 is kind of steep. I had friends who only got charged a $25 late fee when they were late. Also it’s not my fault the mail was delayed, I sent it in on time. Not only that, when I tried to move she told my next landlord that I was late on the rent a few times so they doubled my deposit because I was a “risky tenant.” #Lame

I don't like the embarrassment of someone having to come and knock on my door because of rent. I pay my rent exactly as at when due.

I own my home outright and have no rent or mortgage payment each month.

I usually do, but sometimes I forget paying it in time when the due date lands on a weekend.

I don't joke with my rents. I don't play with the fact that my landlord can actually give me a quit notice because of non payment of rents. That is why I always pay my rent promptly without any failure.

I forgot to mention that in New Zealand most rent is paid weekly. I've heard that America is more monthly?
