Pretty simple question. When you get a review done here ( or if you are silly enough to get another promotion site to do one for you ). If it is good or bad. Do you post it on your site for your members to see ?

I have, and it is good to get the feedback from my members as well.

What's your thought on doing this ?

I dont, but I never considered it. I suppose when I get my next one at some point I probably will, just to help get the members involoved. I would post the one I got, but by now its too old to apply as ive fixed the things the reviewer suggested (And theyre working great, thanks -😉- )

I think it is good as it could generate some further suggestions from the community so it could encourage the forum to be improved much more then what was suggested in the review.

Yeah, I love it when people do that. Not one person ever has anything nice to say about the review ~lol~

It depends how the community would react to it since if it's bad the members might want to help get some activity and posts onto the forum. While if it's good members might not take much notice.

I have had feedback from both sides. The good ones they comment on, the bad parts they have suggestions. I like to involve my members as much as i can, and i think this is just one more way i can do that.

I posted small bits of my last review in a forum update. Don't really know how it affected anything though.

i have posted a review for my members, it didnt cause much of a stir either way lol xxx

I normally would keep them to myself, but sometimes I would show my staff just to show them how good we actually are doing.

I'll usually show them if the review is good. xD

Why not the bad/ not so good ones too. A review is just a guide, nothing more. If your members agree with the review, maybe you should change, if they don't you know you are doing the right thing now.

I have posted a not so good one, but the response from my members was to not do anything the reviewer suggested. Only way i would of known that is by asking them or showing them the review.

I knew somebody would say that..

But usually I get average to good reviews anyway. The only bad one I've really had is the one I got here... and I didn't fully agree with the way it was reviewed (a member a day is pretty rich, which I got marked way down for. I worked more towards getting active members than just getting "temporary" members through exchanges.) I also doubt my members would agree with it either, because I think they would rather "active" members than temporary members, even if it takes longer to get them.

I don't see the point in not posting them.

The members are the community... So unless they change the community wont. Sure, as admin you can nudge it in the direction you want but in the end it is the members who do the changing that matters.

Maybe when my board gets better, I'll get a review. But I was thinking that when I got a review that I would keep it to the Staff Lounge.

I just changed my mind. 😛
