Do you read the synopsis for a TV episode or movie?

If you do read it, have you found that it portrays an accurate picture of what the show is about? More times than not, I have found it does. That is also why I don’t like to read it too often. It tends to give away key points. So, I try not to if it’s for a TV series. However, for a movie, sitcom comedy, or documentary, then I will.

I do read it sometimes if I'm really excited to watch it and want to know what I should expect ahead of time.

I usually read the synopsis of a movie before I decide on whether or not I want to spend the money to see it in theaters, rent it at home or watch it on a streaming service.

Most of the time......yes. There are a few instances where it's totally not what I was expecting.

Yes, all the time so that I have an idea what the TV or series is about and whatnot. I read things all the time as long as it's not long of a read.

I do tend to read synopsis of movies before watching if I did not see it's advertisement. Most times they are accurate.

I have often looked up the plot, reviews, and ratings before I go watch movies.
