Whenever I take advantage of Feedback Services I take suggestions to heart and I almost have to push myself back and remind myself that reviewer's opinions are just that and even though that this is their "job" it's their job to pick out the smallest imperfections and bring them to light. Other times, what they suggest is just personal preference, it's not necessarily rule. At the same time though I see some people use Feedback Services just like another excuse to advertise their website which can get annoying because they barely (if any) make any changes before asking for more feedback.

Ooops this has become a sort of rant huh? 😳 Anyway, what is your opinion about Feedback Services?

I do take the feedback service seriously. I've made a good number of changes to sites from the suggestions of the review team. The service can be a useful way of getting ideas for developing a site. holderhost added 24/7 support and a live chat option after the last review we received. I know Plato made some alterations onto a site of ours based on the feedback we received. Not all the feedback is going to be useful.

I also very much appreciate when the review team picks up on spelling and grammar errors that I must have missed.

You have too, if you are going to take a survey and then not take it seriously, what is the point on doing one in the first place?

Sure, most of what comes through is a personal preference, but that helps shape the community and helps the staff learn from their members. Communities are all about personal preference, without it you would not need a survey.
