Do you take vitamins?

I take vitamins daily. I've been doing so for half a year already. I don't think I feel a difference myself, but my body probably does. Or I will notice a difference in the future as I get older.
 
I do. Like vitamins C and A. I believe they enhance my immune system and contribute to my general well-being. I typically obtain them from my [link removed] partner and value the convenience and high standards they offer. It is crucial to guarantee that we are fulfilling our dietary requirements, particularly in the current fast-paced environment.

My tummy can't handle vitamins, even the children's ones! I figured it out one year what it was, but now I've forgotten about it. oops
 
I don’t take vitamins - I used to take effervescent vitamin c tablets when I was a bit younger but they tasted horrid.
 
I take high strength vitamin D tablets as a precautionary measure due to my vegan diet.
 
I just take Men's Multi-vitamins myself. I have the gummy kind that taste good though lol. I take two before bed every night.
 
I do, I take a multivitamin and I take d3.
 
Yes I do, I take things to feel great XD not really. Fish oil
 
I do....well I try to....sometimes I forget if I already have taken them that day or not. Most of them it isn't really too much of a problem if you take them twice a day but it really screws with my head.

Mines a Magnesium that has some Vitamin D and Tumeric in it as well.
 
I take a daily mens multivitamin in the morning, and a 12mg dissolving tablet Melatonin at night to help me sleep. That's it.
 
I normally take vitamins occasionally, any one of the vitamins is okay by me. The last one I had was fish oil. Someone recommended it to me and said that it help in smoothing the skin though don't know if it's true.
 
Yes. Lutein for eyes, Zinovit a multi vitamin, Evion an anti oxidant and seven seas cod liver pearls for reducing cholesterol.

I just take a multivitamin occasionally. Sometimes, I'll also add vitamins to my smoothies if I'm ordering one out to get the extra boost, but it depends on whether or not I feel like I need it. Usually if I'm adding it to my smoothie, I'll usually get the vitamin C or the probiotic, but sometimes, I'll get the vitamin B12.
