Do you talk in your sleep?

I had lots of roomates that would check in on me while I sleep. I also shared a bedroom with a roomate in the past and he said I don't talk in my sleep but I sometimes whimper for some odd reason. So far it's safe to say that I don't talk in my sleep. ^-^

Apparently, I only talk in my sleep when someone tries to talk to me. One time my mom walked in, and said something. I went on about the secret spelling of the word Secret, or something like that.

How am I supposed to know if I talk when I'm sleeping, because obviously I'm asleep. But I do suppose that I may say a few words when I'm sleeping

i know i talk in my sleep sometimes, ive been told i carry on conversations with people.

I used to when I was little (or so my parents/friends told me). It was mostly just mumbling of whatever I was talking about before I went to sleep.

Just today, I decided to take a cat nap (you are asleep, but still conscious enough to hear everything around you), and I was to the point of having moving images of my unconscious thoughts flashing before my eyes, and one of them was me slipping on ice. And guess what, my body physically reacted to it, like if it was happening in real life, and I flung my arms out to catch myself, and I nearly panicked like I was going to get hurt.

I don't talk in my sleep but if someone comes into my room and kind of wakes me up and talks to me I will start a funny conversation with them.
