Do you think it is okay for people to still use Windows XP? I do. Windows XP is a great operating system and it must be hard for people to give it up, but sooner or later a lot of people will still be using Windows 7 when Windows 8 comes out for the same reason. Or a matter of fact other reasons. What do you guys think?
I agree. I assure you lots of people will still be using XP for a really really long time. Some people may use XP forever and ever. Who knows? There may be a new computer brand that comes out and that might attract XP users.
Windows XP is a great operating system for older computers, and if you are careful, and have a good firewall, antivirus, antispyware, and use common sense it can be a secure operating system.
I agree. XP is a great operating system and even if it still can't do much people are still very much attracted to it although I suggest Windows 7 to everyone, plain user or not.
Same for me as long as their computer can handle Windows 7 smoothly by having at least 2GB of RAM, a 2 GHz multi-core CPU, and enough hard drive space for it.
Lots of people who have old computers, and a matter of fact a little bit worse computers run XP like you mentioned. XP runs smooth on most computers if they have 2GB+ of RAM which I doubt any XP user would have, but you get the idea. 😉
I use Windows XP the most and do not plan on upgrading for quite some time. That said if I end up buying a new laptop and that runs an upgraded OS then I won't waste my time downgrading.
